General: |

The Management reserves the rights in matters of admission, training
and discipline. The decision of the management shall be final binding on the candidates

Payment of Fees: |
| |
1.Students are required to remit the fees only if they are
selected and intend to join the Institute.
2. The entire course fee becomes payable at the time of
admission. Installment may be allowed in special cases,
But Rs. 500/- is to be paid extra.
3. If the student is allowed to take admission under
installment scheme, he / she has to clear all the dues on or
before the stipulated date as mentioned in the agreement
executed between the student and the authority.
4. If the student will not clear the dues before the above
mentioned date, the Institute will not be responsible for his
registration in the council and further continuation in their
respective course programe.
5. If a student leaves the Institute for any reason either
immediately after admission, or in the middle of a course
etc., the fees paid will be forfeited and action will be taken
to recover the balance dues (if paid in installment). In such
cases no fees will be refunded.
6. Fees should be paid only at the office cash counter and
receipt must be obtained. |

Discipline: |

1. The Institute maintains strict discipline and students violating rules are liable for
severe disciplinary action. Students expelled on grounds of indiscipline will not be
entitled to any refund of fees and deposits.
2. Students are barred from organizing unions or associations within or outside
campus.
3. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Students found guilty will be subjected to
severe punishment including rustication from the Institute and the matter may be
referred to the police (as ragging has been declared a criminal offence by the
Government). The decision of the disciplinary committee is final in this regard.
4. Any student responsible for any damage to the Institute building, furniture or
equipment will be punished severely and the amount in lieu of the damage must
be paid by the condemned student within a week of the date of the incident.
Necessary disciplinary action may be taken if the student fails to deposit the fine
amount.
5. Student found misbehaving with any teaching or non-teaching staff will be
punished, which may lead to debarment from the Institute. The decision of the
disciplinary committee is final in this regard. Any complaint by any teaching and
non teaching staff should be intimated in writing to the principal.
6. Student are required to watch the notice board of the Institute from time to time,
for up to date information and notifications.
7. Formation of groups to highlight grievances, will lead to disciplinary action
against the members and the leader(s) of those group. The students can intimate
individually to the Principal in writing.
8. Students can meet the Principal or Training Officer after seeking the prior
permission from the concerned authorities. However, guardians are free to meet
the said officials at any time.
9. The managing committee of the Institute reserves the right to amend or alter the
rules from time to time.
10. A student can avail leave (CL, Medical Leave, Special leave) as per provision with
proper application. Without leave application one will be marked absent & loose
percentage of attendances. For unauthorized absent one has to pay fine as fixed
by the Principal per day. |

Attendance: |

1. A student has to secure minimum 80% attendance to be eligible to appear for the final AITT
examination in all subjects.
2. Under no circumstances will a student having less than 75% attendance be allowed to appear the
final AITT examination. This is a very important factor.
3. A student who is continuously absent for 10 days or more without valid reasons & leave application
his / her name will be struck off from the rolls. Readmission can be made on payment of Rs. 300/-, if
he can make-up his percentage of attendance.
4. Students who remain absent on medical grounds are required to produce a valid medical certificate. |
