About Career Development Training (CDT)

SSEPL also conduct Career Development Trainings.

Career Development Training makes students to become “Industry Ready”.

The CDT is divided into three parts, Aptitude Training, Technical Training & Soft Skill Training.

Timeline of CDT

1st Year – Training will be give on improving English Speaking & Writing. Students get opportunity to take the Business English Certification (BEC) Test given by University of Cambridge.

2nd Year – Training on how to make impressive resume, Group Discussion, Public Speaking, How to make Presentation & How to face Interviews.

3rd Year – Training on Aptitude, Critical Reasoning & Technical Skill. Mock Group Discussion & personal Interview. Company Based Written Tests.

Live Projects & Performance Evaluation

Continuous on-line tests are conducted to measure the performance of students. Since SSEPL is a software development company, students get opportunity to work on live projects.
